Powder Coating
The Davin powder coating plant is a conveyor style that offers us the ability to work through large volumes of complex work. We have a booth with automatic guns that increases this capacity further. For large jobs, or awkward sized parts we have a batching oven.
In addition to electrostatic powder coating we can offer these pre-treatment and protective coating options:
- Bead / shot / sandblasting
- Galvanising, zinc and chrome plating
- Gold Passivating
- Iron phosphate and bonderite pre-treatment (aluminium)
