Self-clinching fasteners, hankbushes, nuts, stand-offs and friction-welded studs can be inserted prior to finishing. We encourage our customers to make full use of these capabilities as the use of these inserts dramatically reduces assembly time and often means the parts are fit for use right out of the box.
Assembly
A dedicated mechanical and electrical assembly facility can be quickly reconfigured to process a wide range of products from small appliances through to large electrical enclosures. We are not limited to metalwork assembly – we can offer a custom assembly solution that includes installation of electrical components, wiring looms and plastic façades.
The use of custom-made packaging for protection of high grade finishes completes our integrated manufacturing solution to provide effective logistics and distribution direct to client’s facilities.
